Services

HSC can help.   With a staff of nearly 200 behavioral health professionals, the Human Services Center offers a broad array of behavioral healthcare services.  Our Board Certified psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, family therapists, case managers and psychiatric nurses have the expertise to address a wide range of problems.

The first step to starting services is to walk in to our main center located at 130 W. North Street in New Castle between 8:30 and 9:00am Monday through Friday. While you are here, a Clinical Intake Assessment and all necessary paperwork will be completed, so plan on staying until 11:00am.    During the Clinical Intake, the appropriate services will be identified and discussed with you.

Please bring your Insurance Card and Proof of Identification, and know your Social Security Number and Date of Birth.

If you are seeking services for a child or adolescent, they must be present to complete the Clinical Intake. For children under the age of 14, a legal guardian must be present. If there is a current Custody, Power of Attorney, or Guardianship arrangement, supporting paperwork must also be provided at the time of Intake.

If you have no insurance that will cover the cost of your care you may still qualify for services at low or no cost and one of our staff members will explain how you can apply for assistance.
